About The Novello Theatre

Once called the Waldorf theatre and before that The Strand theatre, the Novello was built as a pair together with the Aldwych Theatre, each straddling the famous Waldorf Hotel. Designed by the prolific theatre architect W.G.R Sprague, the Novello seats just over 1000 people split over four levels: the stalls, dress circle, grand circle and upper circle.

Une comédie musicale excellente dans un superbe theatre. Les comédiens/chanteurs étaient tous excellents, il y a une super ambiance, on ne s'ennuie jamais, on aimerait que ça dure encore plus longtemps !

The music was not played live by the orchestra but pre recorded.
All theatre, does not matter even if you are seated right behind.

as a visitor to London after 44 years, it was great to see a new musical Simply great However a glass of wine was 9£ init self is okm however the portion size is very small
