About The Novello Theatre

Once called the Waldorf theatre and before that The Strand theatre, the Novello was built as a pair together with the Aldwych Theatre, each straddling the famous Waldorf Hotel. Marvellous Mamma Mia!
The show was a joy from the start! The musicians and cast were all excellent. All the leads had strong voices ably backed by the rest of the cast. Lots of little touches of humour and all the songs we know and love so well. An excellent night out with a roof-raising finale.
