About The Novello Theatre

Once called the Waldorf theatre and before that The Strand theatre, the Novello was built as a pair together with the Aldwych Theatre, each straddling the famous Waldorf Hotel. Designed by the prolific theatre architect W.G.R Sprague, the Novello seats just over 1000 people split over four levels: the stalls, dress circle, grand circle and upper circle.

Magnificent Mamma Mia !
A wonderful show with fabulous singing and choreography. Such energy from the cast, even better than the film. With a really clever set and simply beautiful costumes. Thoroughly recommend it for anyone who wants a joyous experience.

Fabulous
Such a fun West End show! The cast was fantastic, the music is full of classic ABBA hits, and the energy in the theater was amazing. It’s upbeat, funny, and the perfect feel-good musical. Highly recommend if you’re in London!
